Each price appears once, with setup and monthly fees side by side. No VAT is added, monthly plans have no contract, and every cost is agreed with you before any work starts. The free Quick Check is live; Full Fact Check and the Bundle are coming soon.
1 · Websites

- Your web address (domain) is about £10 a year, paid to the company you buy it from. It's yours.
- Hosting a small site is free.
- The 3–5 page site is £200 for everyone while we're starting out (usually £300).
- Crossed-out prices: the launch price is half price for our first 5 clients, on setup and website fees only. Monthly fees are always at normal rates.

- Grow and Pro: the missed-call text-back tool is opened in your name and paid direct to the provider, about £10–£47 a month depending on how many texts you send.
- Pro: optional paid AI assistant subscriptions, only if you want them (typically about £8–£30 per person a month, paid direct).
- Free trial on request: Starter and Grow, 1 week free with a 3–5 page site or bigger; Pro, 4 weeks free. Free AI trial on request: no card needed, and nothing renews automatically. You choose whether to continue. One free trial per business.
- Fair use on the 4-week AI Pro trial: the AI phone receptionist answers up to 200 minutes of calls (the Standard plan allowance). Any extra minutes during the trial must be agreed with you first: nothing is charged without your agreement.
- Free AI demo on request: ask and we'll show it working for your business, no cost, no obligation.
- Crossed-out prices: the launch price is half price for our first 5 clients, on setup and website fees only. Monthly fees are always at normal rates.

- Extra minutes are 15p each, capped at £10 a month. Once the cap is reached, callers hear a polite "please try again later" message until your minutes reset.
- Pro includes the Standard plan and its setup, so the most Pro can be is £159 a month. On Pro, switching to Busy is +£15/month.
- Pay if it works: If the AI receptionist doesn't bring you at least one new booking or enquiry in your first month, you don't pay for that month. Covers the first month's receptionist monthly fee only. Any genuine caller enquiry it passes on to you counts. The setup fee is paid as agreed with you up front.
- Your own phone provider may charge for diverting calls; check your call plan.

- A small change is anything up to 15 minutes: new prices, hours, photos, an offer or text.
- Unused changes don't carry over. Care plans are monthly, with no contract.

Are there any hidden costs?
No. Every price is agreed with you before any work starts. Anything paid to another company (like your web address or the text-back tool) is listed in the small print above.
Is there a contract?
No. AI plans, the receptionist and care plans are month-to-month, so you can stop whenever you like. Websites are a one-off payment.
Is there a free AI trial or demo?
Free AI demo on request: ask and we'll show it working for your business, no cost, no obligation. Free trials are on request: AI Starter and Grow: 1 week free with a 3–5 page site or bigger.
