No. No hidden costs. Every cost is made clear and agreed with you before any work starts. The pricing page lists what's included, what extras cost, and anything paid to another company. Bigger jobs such as new pages or a redesign are always quoted and agreed before we start.

Free AI demo on request: ask and we'll show it working for your business, no cost, no obligation. Free trials are on request: AI Starter and Grow: 1 week free with a 3–5 page site or bigger. AI Pro: 4 weeks free. Free AI trial on request: no card needed, and nothing renews automatically. You choose whether to continue. One free trial per business. After the free trial, if you don't tell us to continue, it simply stops and you pay nothing. The one-page site and dead-website replacement don't come with a free AI trial. Fair use on the 4-week AI Pro trial: the AI phone receptionist answers up to 200 minutes of calls (the Standard plan allowance). Any extra minutes during the trial must be agreed with you first: nothing is charged without your agreement.

All our prices are on the pricing page, with setup and monthly fees side by side. AI Starter setup is free when you get a website from us. AI help is month-to-month, so you can stop whenever you like. First 5 clients only. Half price applies to setup fees. Monthly fees at normal rates.

Starter uses free tools, so there's nothing extra. Grow and Pro use a missed-call text-back tool, opened in your name and paid by you direct to the provider; the pricing page shows the typical cost. On Pro, paid AI assistant subscriptions are optional. The AI phone receptionist and its phone number are included in our receptionist price: you don't pay anyone else for it.

There are three plans, based on how many minutes of calls you get. Prices and minutes are on the pricing page. Calls can last up to 4 minutes. Pro includes the Standard plan.

Extra minutes have a small charge with a monthly cap, shown on the pricing page. Once the cap is reached, callers hear a polite 'please try again later' message until your minutes reset, so you never pay more than the stated maximum.

If the AI receptionist doesn't bring you at least one new booking or enquiry in your first month, you don't pay for that month. Covers the first month's receptionist monthly fee only. Any genuine caller enquiry it passes on to you counts. The setup fee is paid as agreed with you up front.

Yes. Recommend us: get a free month for every business you refer that signs up. One free month of your monthly fee for each referred business that becomes a paying client. No limit.

We offer beginner group sessions, one-to-one sessions, a 3-session bundle, team workshops and follow-ups. Prices are on the pricing page. In person at your premises anywhere in Fife, or online. There are no travel charges. The full price, date and place are agreed with you before you book, so there are no surprises. Training at our own premises: coming soon.

Before you hire a tradesperson, sign with a supplier or invest in a company, we check the business using public records (Companies House, directors, reviews, website, the FCA register where relevant and Gazette notices) and send you a short plain-English PDF report. Businesses only, from public records. We never trace or investigate private individuals, we do no surveillance, and we are not a private investigator service. Send us a claim, viral post, article, screenshot or "too good to be true" offer. You get a plain-English verdict (True, False, Misleading, Missing context or Unproven) with sources, checked by a real person. Type in a UK reg number and you'll see the car's tax and MOT status, its MOT history with the mileage at each test, vehicle details, any open recall and a clean-air zone estimate, from the official DVSA MOT History and DVLA vehicle data. It's free. For £49, the Car + Seller check adds a Standard Business Background Check on the dealer or garage, in one report. Finance, stolen and write-off checks are coming soon.

Yes. It has its own number, and you set your phone to divert to it when you're busy or don't answer. Customers keep ringing your usual number. Your own phone provider may charge for diverting calls; check your call plan.

Anything that takes up to 15 minutes, such as new prices, opening hours, photos, an offer or a few lines of text. You pay per change, or it's covered by an Updates & care plan (see the pricing page). Unused changes don't carry over. Bigger jobs are quoted first.

We set things up with GDPR in mind. Your accounts stay in your name where possible (the AI phone receptionist and its number are run by us for you), we choose tools with UK/EU GDPR terms and switch off model training, we collect only what's needed, and we don't paste sensitive customer data into AI chats. We sign a short data-processing agreement with each client, and your chatbot, receptionist or form tells people they're talking to an automated assistant.

Yes. Every AI reply is supervised by a real person. A real person always checks everything and gets back to you. Nothing goes live without being checked, and any enquiry the AI can't answer is passed to a person.

Bots answer only from an FAQ you've approved, with an "I'll get the owner to confirm" fallback for anything else. A human checks review replies and posts before they go out, and we check the chat logs every week.

No. We're not VAT-registered, so no VAT is added to any price on this site.

Yes. You buy your own domain and it stays yours. Hosting a small site is free.
